Testing and Inspecting for Periodic Reports and Landlords Safety Certificates
Jake Smith Electrical engineers are trained to 18th Edition City and Guilds 2391 standards. This ensures that they are working to the most up to date regulations and can provide an immediate solution to any remedial work that is required. This enables us not only to certify our own installations but to carry out Inspection & Testing on electrical installations we have not installed ourselves. This includes issuing Landlord Certificates.
Fire Alarms
Installation of interlinked smoke and heat detectors for domestic installations. With interlinked systems if one device detects a fire then all devices will sound giving early warning of a fire.
